Simple and Easy Smoothies

Looking for a delicious smoothie, that's still healthy?

Below are my personal tips to make a smoothie that'll leave you feeling healthy and refreshed.

A healthy smoothie doesn't need to have a lot of ingredients, or take forever to make.  If you're new to the game, start with these simple and easy options below.  These all have just a handful of ingredients and take less than 60 seconds start to finish.  

STEP 1: Add frozen berries
STEP 2: Add water, coconut milk, or almond milk
STEP 3: Add protein, # of scoops (download the RESET plan if you're not sure)
STEP 4: Add leafy ingredients - eg spinach
STEP 5: Blend and enjoy!

Dr. Nancy's Tips:

- frozen berries are sweeter and you can skip the ice (and honey).
- Use a high-speed blender for best results

If you're new to protein powder, whey proteins are dairy based, and generally have a creamier texture.  
Our plant based protein uses pea and pumpkin protein, so that's it blends smooth and stays easy on your digestive system.  Its hypoallergenic too.  If you're sensitive to dairy, or have food allergies, start with this. 
Personally - I use the Plant Vanilla every morning.  

Simple Berry

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Protein
1 cup of nut milk
1 cup of frozen organic strawberries,
blueberries or raspberries

Strawberry Dream

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Protein
1 cup of nut milk
1 cup of frozen organic strawberries

Crazy Greens

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Chocolate Protein
1 cup of ice
1 cup of nut milk
1 tablespoon of nut butter
Handful of spinach

Green Dream

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Protein
1 cup of ice
1 cup of nut milk
1/2 an avocado
Handful of spinach or kale

Chocolate

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Chocolate Protein
1 cup of nut milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter

Mochaccino

1-2 scoops Dr Nancy’s Chocolate Protein
1-2 shots espresso
1 cup of ice
