Fresh Baked Salmon

This recipe is found in the 5-Day RESET, and its another staple in my regular menu.  This simple 1-pan recipe makes cooking a healthy meal after work quick and easy.  

Serves: 2
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 2 (8-ounce) Salmon Fillets (Wild)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 2-3 tbsp. dill, dried or chopped fresh
  • White wine (omit during RESET)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Add 5 tbsp. olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, white wine and dill to a small bowl.
  3. Add salmon face down and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Transfer salmon to a glass baking dish, pour remaining marinade over salmon.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 mins. (Time will vary based on thickness).
  6. Serve and enjoy!
